All apartments we offer are completely furnished, supplied with clean linen and towels.
The basic home appliances (refrigerator, telephone, TV with remote control, and iron) are
available in all apartments. Higher-class apartments are equipped with even more appliances:
conditioner, video recorder, music centre, washing machine, dishwasher, computer, microwave etc.
In addition, you can order certain products, food, drinks, etc., and we will bring them to
apartment before your arrival.
Apartments are leased directly, without intermediaries, thus there are no additional
commission fees added to the rental price.
For safety reasons, every three months the locks are replaced. Every building in which
our apartments are located comes with a guard and a secured front door. Supervised parking lots
are available near most of these buildings. All apartments we offer are located in the very
centre of the city, which makes them even safer.
The rental price includes:
1. Cleaning the apartment and changing the linen every three days. (More frequent cleaning and
laundry of guest's clothes is provided for additional payment.)
2. All fees for security, electricity, heat and water supply, and other kinds of municipal
services.
3. Unlimited phone calls within the city. (For international and long-distance calls tenant will be
charged upon eviction).
A document confirming payment and the fact of residing will be provided to you upon
check-in.

Washing and Ironing Service:
Many of our apartments have laundry washers, but besides we offer an inexpensive, useful washing and/or ironing service
Price:
Washing - $5 per one load of laundry washer
Ironing - $1 per item
Cleaning/Housemaid Service:
Our apartments are being cleaned every three-four days
But you can ask for additional house maid service, cleaning of the apartment
Price:
Full cleaning - $15

Changing linens&beddings - $5
Complex Dinner/Food:
We can provide you with the complex food from the set of inexpensive restaurants (very good and well-made food)
Price: Cost of food (sales check) + $7 for the service
